Chuyên Viên Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng (Student Success Consultant)

Overview:

A Success Consultant at One on One English is the person who cares for students and parents in relation to our product and student success. This role's main responsibility is to ensure that both students and parents are satisfied with our product and service and to support their kids with good study habits to ensure progress in learning English.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationship with customers (parents and students)
• Follow up, Support and Update the students’ progress to their parents
• Follow up Students’ schedule and provide full support to make sure student have good study habit
• Take care, handle customer complaints, customer requests and giving appropriate feedbacks
• Follow up with Academic team to ensure Students’ progress and Students’ pathway
• Follow up and support Education Consultant (Sale) in managing student enrolment
• Improve Customer Service Quality and do surveys by NPS and other standards
• To Translate teacher’s feedback for students
• Other tasks given by Line Manager
